Position Description:

Mosaic Boston, an ethnically diverse church community located in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, is prayerfully seeking a Head Pastor. The church desires a Head Pastor committed to developing and growing a spiritually mature community through Biblical teaching and counsel that fosters authentic and profound relationships with God and one another.

Primary responsibilities include Sunday preaching, counseling and meeting with members, attending and participating in leadership meetings, and organizing church events. In addition, the Head Pastor will work closely alongside the Finance, Sunday Service, and Leadership committees to direct and oversee all operations of the church. In church events and meetings, the Head Pastor will promote a worshipful atmosphere and work within the established Mosaic bylaws. Mosaic seeks a Head Pastor with a vision to grow its membership and to have members tangibly serving in the surrounding community.
